Single Sessions are $60, first session for new athletes are 50% off.

This membership will let you train with us for a full day.

Strength Training

  • 3-4 days per week
  • emphasis on enhancing movement quality
  • develop type 2b muscle fibers for maximum power output
  • strength training for speed

Skills Development

Complete skill development from end to end on the defensive side of the ball and tackle to tackle on offense.
